At Topchess, we are always on the lookout for potential coaches. We handpick our instructors based on confidence and an outgoing personality.  Elite communication skills are essential when conducting a class of children.  We train our staff in the field of crowd control and chess playing ability, so fast learners have a high chance of employment.

Requirements:

• Own means of transport (preferably a car and license).

• Blue card for working with children (we can help you obtain one if needed).

We provide the initial training and mentoring, as well as coaching equipment, teaching resources and ongoing support.
